The first deposit of €500 must be paid online at the time of booking. The remaining balance of €688/person or €1.098/person, depending on your selected accommodation option, must be paid directly to the accommodation owners via bank transfer at least 6 weeks before your arrival. The necessary bank details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payment

To secure your spot, a deposit is required:

• Deposit: €500 due at the time of booking.

• If the reservation is done after the April 30, 2026 the deposit of €500 is not refundable.

Accommodation Payment

• The remaining balance of your retreat, which covers accommodation costs, must be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival.

• The accommodation amount varies depending on your selected option. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Here’s how cancellations are handled:

• Cancel until April 30, 2026: You will receive a full refund of your €500 deposit, and no further payments are required.

• Cancel after April 30, 2026: The deposit of €500 is non-refundable. No additional accommodation payment will be required.

• Cancel after your accommodation payment until May 24, 2026: You will receive a full refund of your accommodation payment.

• Cancel after your accommodation payment after May 24, 2026: Unfortunately, the accommodation payment is non-refundable at this stage.

Why This Policy?

This structure allows you to reserve your spot with minimal financial risk while also giving us the ability to plan accordingly for the retreat. If you're uncertain about your schedule, this policy gives you time until April 30, 2026 to finalize your decision without losing any money.

We also highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations. Many insurance providers require coverage to be purchased within 7 days of booking, so be sure to check your options early.
